Combe Down Art Group...

was formed by Peggy Gemmell in 1986, and the first meetings were held at the Church Rooms in Combe Down. As the membership grew, more space was utilised before finally moving to Foxhill Community Centre, Hawthorn Grove, Bath, where we are now.

The group currently has around 17+ members, from absolute beginners to semi-professionals, who enjoy meeting up to paint, exchange ideas, improve techniques and express interpretations of everyday living using a wide variety of styles and media.

Our meetings are informal and fun and you will receive a warm welcome should you decide to come along to try us out before committing to the annual membership fee of £38 per person per year.

If this sounds like something you would enjoy, then you can either visit the other pages on this site for more information, or go straight to the Contact Us page to find out more about any of the activities, workshops, membership, or sales of paintings displayed here.
